Hours:        37.5 per week, Monday - Friday   

Location:    Hybrid remote working, with 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley,  West Sussex  

Contract:    12 month fixed term contract  

Closing Date: 7th April 2025

As a Business Analyst within our Virgin family, you’ll conduct effective business analysis services to clarify, define and evaluate business problems, opportunities and requirements for change to support the identification of solutions which deliver value to our business. 

You are detail-driven with excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to elicit, analyse, and challenge business requirements. You have focus on delivering the anticipated benefits with a real focus on non-digital projects within a Waterfall methodology. 

Day to day

  • Dive into business processes, analyse them, and uncover opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate across departments to gather requirements and create actionable insights. 
  • Develop clear, concise documentation, ensuring stakeholders are always on the same page. 
  • Deliver your business analysis services with a clearly documented approach plan that is communicated to your team.  
  • Proactively contribute to supporting continuous improvements and best practises throughout the BA community. 

 


About you

  • Proven business analysis skills within a waterfall environment for non-digital Tech projects. 
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, documentation, and process mapping. 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels with confidence to challenge adoption of Business Analysis best practice. 
  • Experience working with standard tools such as Azure dev ops, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio
