Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week at either our Cargo Facility at DCE (London Heathrow) or VHQ (Crawley). Thursdays at DCE are required.

In a nutshell
Known internally as Commercial Development Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product offering, driving innovation, and ensuring our brand and communications reflect the best of what we offer in the world of Cargo.
You’ll work across product development, marketing, events and customer research, bringing together insight, creativity, and commercial thinking to help us stay ahead in a competitive market. Day to day
No two days will be the same. You will be working across multiple projects and campaigns, with responsibilities including:
Product Development
- Assess and evolve our product and service portfolio to keep us competitive.
- Develop product strategies that support our market positioning.
- Collaborate with joint venture partners to align and enhance our offering.
Marketing & Communications
- Lead internal and external communications that support our commercial and sales strategies.
- Work with our central marketing team to deliver compelling campaigns that showcase our global cargo offering.
- Translate sustainability, product, and digital initiatives into clear, customer-facing propositions.
- Support campaign execution across website, email and social as well as on-going maintenance and channel optimisation
Customer Research
- Own and manage our customer survey programme, delivering insights that drive improvements.
- Develop strategies to increase response rates and deepen customer understanding.
Events
- Support with planning and co-ordination of our annual events calendar
About you
You will ideally come from a marketing, insight, or commercial background, but what really matters is your ability to think critically and creatively, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Drives strategic, customer-centric outcomes – Proven experience developing propositions, services, and campaigns that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial impact.
- Crafts compelling, multi-channel messaging – Skilled in translating business requirements and propositions into engaging content across website, email, and social platforms. Experienced in adapting messaging for diverse audiences, with a strong ability to turn strategy into clear, customer-facing narratives.
- Combines commercial acumen with creative thinking – Deep understanding of market positioning and brand differentiation, used to shape impactful communications, product initiatives, and go-to-market strategies.
- Thrives in dynamic, cross-functional settings – Energised by collaboration across marketing, product, operations, and partner teams. Confident managing multiple high-velocity projects, from integrated campaigns to event planning and execution.
- Delivers actionable insight from customer feedback – Experienced in designing and managing customer survey programmes. Skilled in analysing results and translating insights into meaningful improvements.
- Equipped with a versatile toolset – Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint). Ideally have working knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, and survey tools. Brings the mindset and capability to lead or support campaigns, projects, and cross-functional change initiatives.
