Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend work required)
Location: Hybrid remote working with up to 3 days a week in our VHQ, Crawley
Contract: Six month secondment

In a nutshell

As a Volume Resourcing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering candidate-focused recruitment campaigns across our customer-facing roles at Virgin Atlantic.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that helps attract brilliant talent. From candidate communications and scheduling, to coordinating assessment centres and providing administrative support, you’ll help ensure every stage of the process runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Day to day

  • Support attraction and sourcing activity for high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Manage candidate applications, screen video interviews and support progression through each stage
  • Coordinate logistics for assessment centres
  •  Keep candidates informed with timely updates, ensuring a fair and engaging experience for everyone


About you

Do you have experience in supporting various stages of recruitment campaigns?

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

  • Experience supporting or contributing to recruitment or candidate selection
  • A customer centric approach and a passion for inclusive, high-quality candidate experiences
  • Solid understanding of recruitment methodology
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Great attention to detail and clear written communication
  • A collaborative approach and readiness to contribute wherever needed
