Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, Sunday 10:00 to 16:00
Location: Chelmsford
Contract: 12 Month Secondment

Are you ready to take on a unique and exciting opportunity as a Supervisor in the Personal Holidays Retail department at Virgin Atlantic Holidays? 

We're looking for a Sales professional, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a successful team. If you have a proven track record in sales, previous people leadership experience, and a passion for creating flawless customer experiences, then this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Day to day

Some of your key roles and responsibilities will be: 

  • Motivate and lead a VRoom store team to achieve world-class sales targets
  • Build positive relationships with customers through confident and persuasive communication
  • Stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Use initiative to proactively identify and solve problems
  • Pay close attention to detail to produce accurate work
  • Collaborate with other departments to successfully implement sales strategies
  • Offer support to internal/external colleagues, managing any challenges in a positive and professional manner, and deputising in the absence of the Area Manager

Are you highly motivated with the capability to be an encouraging leader with a passion to deliver outstanding results?

  • Strong listening skills to understand and fulfil customer needs, especially in escalation cases
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and store KPI's
  • Consistent track record in a sales and/or customer-facing environment
  • Open-minded and adaptable with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Previous experience in leading a small team is desirable
