Contract: 12 month Secondment

Joining our Uniform team presents a wonderful opportunity to be part of our Uniform Boutique, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire uniformed community within our Virgin Family.
Day to day
In this role, your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring the proper allocation and fitting of accurate uniform entitlements for all Virgin Atlantic and UK-based Virgin Atlantic Holidays uniformed staff in accordance with company standards
- Maintaining the accuracy of the ordering process and wearer database through the Uniform online ordering system, supporting the needs of all uniform wearers across the company
- Delivering outstanding customer service during the fitting process for uniform wearing individuals
- Assisting with various administrative tasks to provide support as needed
About you
Are you passionate about working with people and providing an excellent service?
In addition to the above, we’re looking for our successful Uniform Coordinator to demonstrate the following:
- Good level of digital literacy, including Outlook, Microsoft Office and internet.
- Well organised and pro-active approach with ability to complete tasks unaided
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good interpersonal skills using a variety of platforms including emails, telephone and face to face
- Flexible with working hours
- Occasional flexibility to travel in the UK
- Experience in a similar environment
