In a nutshell
Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Virgin Atlantic is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive - Office Support to join our Heathrow Airport team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Heathrow Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth processing of airport invoicing, budget tracking, and financial obligations.
Day to day
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure consistent, compliant, and streamlined financial data by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
- Conduct analysis of key operational budgets and data, providing valuable insights and actionable commentary to support decision-making.
- Offer effective support to the Heathrow People Team, ensuring timely administrative assistance.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Heathrow Leadership Team and wider Team Heathrow colleagues through varied - administrative and supporting with tasks as needed.
About you
The skills and experience we are looking for you to bring are:
- Demonstrable knowledge in Microsoft Office, with a specific emphasis on Excel proficiency.
- Evidence of excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organisation, from senior management to new starters.
- Proven ability to balance multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
