This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on collaboration, has a sharp commercial instinct, and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Day to day
- Build strong relationships across Cargo, Operations, Revenue Management, and external partners to align on priorities and deliver value.
- Lead short-term cargo network planning (14-day horizon), using multimodal and partner-enabled solutions to maximise uplift and minimise offloads.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure flight plans are delivered on time and to standard, supporting both commercial and operational goals.
- Manage and optimise offshore team performance, ensuring process accuracy, quality control, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate responses to schedule changes and operational disruptions, maintaining service continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse post-flight performance to identify opportunities for improvement and drive smarter decision-making.

Alongside the above, we’re looking for someone with:
- Strong commercial acumen and customer-centric thinking.
- Experience in cargo operations, sales, customer service, or commercial planning.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across functions and levels.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- A methodical approach to planning and prioritisation.
